This policy covers rowanwoodlenders.com and the request form embedded on it. The site is operated by Rowanwood Lenders, a small-business funding broker listed at 150 11 E De Vargas St, Santa Fe, NM 87501, phone (505) 407-7603. Rowanwood Lenders is a broker, not a lender.
Information we receive
Information you type in
The request form collects your full name, email address, phone number and business name; three ranges you choose from lists (time in business, annual revenue and the amount requested); and a checkbox recording your consent to be contacted. During a later conversation you may choose to tell us more, such as what the money is for, how the business is set up and what debts it carries.
Information sent automatically
Like nearly every website, this one receives standard technical data when pages load: IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the time of each request. Hosting and security providers process this to deliver and protect the site.
Information from lending partners
When a partner reviews a request, it may tell us whether it made an offer and on what general terms, so that we can help you compare.
The form provider
The request form is supplied by LeadConnector, part of the GoHighLevel platform. What you enter is sent to that provider, which stores it so we can respond. The provider also handles the consent record attached to your submission.
Why we use it
- To answer the request and discuss which option suits it
- To prepare and send the request to lending partners that fund that option, when you agree
- To call, email or text you about the request, as your consent allows
- To keep the site secure and working
- To meet legal and record-keeping obligations
Who receives it
Lending partners and funders. Arranging funding means sharing request details with partners that offer the relevant option. Each partner handles what it receives under its own privacy notice, and may verify identity, check credit or confirm bank records.
Service providers. Firms that host the site, run the form and provide phone and messaging services process information on our behalf.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information where the law requires it or to protect rights and safety.
Rowanwood does not sell what you send.
Cookies and similar tools
Strictly necessary cookies keep the site and form working. Where analytics or other optional tools are used, a banner lets you accept or decline them, and declining does not affect your ability to send a request.
Text messages
If you give a mobile number and consent, we may text you about your request. Reply STOP to end texts, or HELP for help. The SMS terms linked in the footer explain the details. Your mobile number and texting consent stay out of other companies' marketing lists.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to handle your request and meet record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards suited to a small business, though no system is completely secure.

- Ask us by phone at (505) 407-7603 to stop calls or emails, or to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
- Decline optional cookies through the banner.
Business users only
rowanwoodlenders.com is written for people funding a business. It is not aimed at children, and Rowanwood does not knowingly take details from anyone under 18.
