Rowanwood Lenders, a small-business funding broker in Santa Fe, New Mexico, does not lend money, approve requests or set rates and terms. Lending partners and funders make those decisions, may check credit and may file liens. A merchant cash advance is not a loan. No page here is an offer of credit.
Our role
Rowanwood Lenders is a broker, not a lender. We help businesses choose a funding option and present requests to lending partners and funders. We do not lend, approve, decline or price any request, and nothing on this website is an offer or commitment to lend.
Decisions belong to partners
Each lending partner or funder applies its own criteria. It decides whether to fund, how much, at what rate or factor rate, and on what terms. Partners may check business and personal credit, verify bank records and registration, and request more documents. Approval is never assured.
Liens, guarantees and collateral
Many business funding agreements include collateral, a UCC financing statement recorded with the state, or a personal-guarantee clause. Read each agreement in full and ask the partner which assets any filing covers before signing.
Merchant cash advances
A merchant cash advance is not a loan. What the funder buys is a slice of receipts the business has yet to take in. Cost is expressed as a factor rate, which is not an interest rate, and collection runs until the purchased amount is collected.
Information you share
Details you send us are used to respond to your request and, with your consent, are shared with lending partners to evaluate it. The footer links to the privacy policy, which covers this fully.
